Dishes are made according to old recipes of fresh local ingredients, seasoned with our local organic extra virgin olive oil, wine, garlic, sage and rosemary. With exquisite wine from Hvar’s winemakers we are pleased to offer you white, red and rose wine from our ecological plantations.

Dalmatian „peka“

The traditional indigenous local specialty is consisted of:
potatoes, various vegetables, meat, fish or octopus. It is prepared in a wood-fired oven in a clay or metal container overlaid with bell shaped cover which is then covered with a grill.

Tasting and sale of local organic products in our restaurant is daily. Feel invited to taste the true blessings of nature from our small farm that produces: extra virgin olive oil, eco-olives, red and white wine, liqueurs, traditional jams, essential lavender oils, St. John’s wort and other authentic local products specific to Hvar and the Mediterranean region.
